Do I need a District card?    Yes. It does not have to be a District 23 card, but you DO need a valid card from some AMA district or your Pro License.

Will my points count in my home district?    This enduro is on the National Schedule, District 23, and District 16 schedules. Points will only be reported to those bodies.

I’m a beginning rider. Will I be getting in over my head?    The “C” class course should be fun for anyone with moderate riding skills. “C” class riders will start after the “fast guys”.

Do I need a computer for this kind of event?    The National Enduro Start Control format implies that no timekeeping equipment is needed, even by the Pro level riders.

How does the Start Control Format work?    You leave the Start Controls just like you leave the normal start in any Enduro, in groups of 4 or 5. You then ride like crazy until you get to the check. There is a Pause after the check and Free Territory to the next Start Control. Just ride on in a leasurely fashion to the next Start Control to rest and wait your turn to do it again.

How far does my bike need to be able to go between gas fillups?    The longest stretch will be about 35 miles. Using the Optional Gas reduces this to about 27 miles. If you need to use the Optional Gas, you will need a Pit Crew to deliver your Gas Can to it. Gas Trailers are provided to the Main Gas. The Main Gas is used twice.

Can I ride on the same minute with my friends?    Submit everyones pre-enty form together in the same envelope and we will do our best to accomodate you.

I submitted a pre-entry form. How can I tell if I am entered and how can I determine what my riding number will be?    Check this website to find the list of pre-entered riders. It will be updated once a week.

With all of the out-of-state riders showing up for this National Enduro, how will my finish position in my riding class count towards D23 year-end points?    For year-end points, the pointskeepers will re-score the event taking only D23 riders into consideration. See the ARMCA “Cross Country (Motorcycle)” Message Board for more details.
