· We have had some recent complaints from our Grantsburg neighbors about noise on non-race days. If you know you have a loud bike, please quiet it down before practicing at the track, and see to it that your guests are not excessively loud either. Mike Murphy has a variety of DB Dawgs that a club member can get for $25.
· 2007 Dues are overdue. Please take the time to submit them promptly as it would relieve the treasurer and secretary of the distasteful job of sending out reminders.
· The Dues structure has been changed. It is now: Jan 1 thru April 1: $50, April 2 thru July 1: $75, after July 2, you’re out. $100 to buy back in.
· Dues can be sent to:

· Grantsburg – Not much to report. The much-pre-debated clay went somewhere else. There was discussion about Motocross practice days and how many we should have per year. There was also someone discussion of canceling the fall practice. No decision was made at this time.
· Holyoke
o After some debate, it was decided to use the national enduro restart rules. There will be one speed average.
o Two areas were logged and still need some work. The rest of the trails are in pretty good shape.
o The Mini will still start at the normal spot, but sign-up will be in the Dahl garage.
o Looking for a volunteer to bring Saturday dinner. Would need enough for about 50 people. Please contact Ken if you want to help out on this.
o Duquette checked out well. The building and park areas will work well for the numbers expected at the Enduro. Ken’s plan is to leave the building and the grounds cleaner than how we got it.
o The bridge is being delayed with issues relating to the DNR restoring the banks. Ken feels this is the correct thing to do before putting in the bridge.
o The longer stretches of plastic pallets are mostly gone. We sold most of the pallets back to the company that we bought them from.
o Rebekka Less volunteered to help hand out Trophies
o John Otto volunteered to make Sound Tester stickers
· Ken’s Enduro Notes
o Ken Teese has volunteered to the be lead Sound Test Guy.
o Greg Nelson is working on what I think are some real nice plaque-style trophies.
o The Event Permit has been received.
o The Check placement meeting is set up and invites sent out.
o Gas loops look real good. The longest a rider will need to go on one tank is just over 29 miles.
o We may have to insert a speed change but I will avoid it if possible.
o “Diesel” Dave Jonk did some Bobcat work on a mile of beat up combined OHM/ATV trail last weekend, good stuff.
o I got 2/3 of the mileaging done last Saturday but cut it short on Sunday to go out and work with Dave.
o I’m looking to build 30ft of Boardwalk on one of the weekends before the Enduro. I’ll be lookin’ for help.
o Most of the heavy equipment is gone from Mike Dahl’s place and Center Road, as it stands, is in great shape for traffic.
o The Holyoke bridge concrete abutments are in but they haven’t started the span.
o We still need a volunteer to bring up the Saturday night dinner. Please help if you can.
· Tim Blake was officially voted in as a member. The fact that he was not in the roster must have been some administrative glitch from who knows when. Welcome (back? still?) to the club, Tim.
· Ron and Justin Wilhelm, probationary members, were voted in as fully-vested members.
· The same vote on Richardt Fleichman was deferred yet again.
· John Otto made a motion to make a rule that it is mandatory to work at one off-road event and one motocross event minimum per year. It was not seconded.
· Where in the world are the club T-shirts? If you can answer this question contact Ken F, Murph or MX Bob.
· The Member Emeritus (voting in people as club lifers for those that don’t have a Latin dictionary handy) discussion was tabled for another meeting.
