· The expense reports are on the web site and should be used whenever submitting expenses this year.
· Help Wanted : Trophy Guy. Greg does not want to do it another year. We need someone to step up and take responsibility for this. You’ll get help the first year. You don’t need to be a chemical engineer to figure it out.
· 2007 dues are now being accepted. The dues structure has been changed as per the 4-2 vote at the November 06 meeting. It is now: Jan 1 thru April 1: $50, April 2 thru July 1: $75, after July 2, you’re out. $100 to buy back in. Dues can be sent to:

Property taxes for the Grantsburg property have been paid. It was xxxxxx, a 4% increase from last year.

Club Meeting Minutes, for December 27, 2006
Attendance
Club Members – Bob Chase, Ken Fastner, Scott Haraldson, Jon Kemnitz, Bob Maki, Mike Murphy, John Otto, Paul Spears
· The following probationary club members were voted as full members: Mike McCarthy and Billy May. Welcome to the club. Note Dues announcement on front page. JK, sort of.
· Grantsburg - Mike brought up several changes for event weekends, many with the goal of getting more riders there for the weekend. The following was discussed and agreed upon:
o Motocross Practice will run from 11-5 (was to 4)
o Practice Fee - $20 Race Entry - $30 Gate Fee – Still $8
o Vehicles arriving before practice is over will not pay camping (won’t necessarily advertise it that way)
o Race sign-ups will be accepted during Saturday practice.
o Gates will open 9 AM Saturday and close 11 PM. Will re-open 6AM Sunday.
o Race Day – Sign-up opens at 7, Practice starts at 8, Riders Meeting at 9:30, Race at 10
· A project for a new outhouse building was discussed at some length. Tim Kight appeared to have quite a bit of knowledge on the subject and will price it out for a future meeting.
· Scott Haraldson will see if we get a KTM Demo Day at one of our practice days. Last year, if nothing else, the club members took full advantage of the opportunity to ride something new and pumpkin-colored.
· Other options besides trophies was briefly discussed and tabled for another meeting.
· GIA – Nothing new or alarming since last month. Expense reports are in as are the 2007 requests.
· Holyoke – Because of logging, we’ll need to reclaim some trail north of the Cow Catcher Bridge (there’s a landmark everyone knows) and other areas.
· Stone Lake – Aided by the mild weather we’ve had this year, people have continued to work there. It is still undecided our level of participation this year, but it looks like it will be similar to last year.
· Ken Fastner suggested moving the elections up a month so they are not so close to the sanction meeting. It will need to be a constitutional amendment. Ken will initiate the process.
· There is now a club message board set up in Google Groups. If you have not been emailed an invitation, contact our webmaster at kjewell@mm.com
· It was suggested we schedule the March and April meetings a week earlier than normal, because of the timing of our races. This was duly noted and recorded here as an early reminder.
