· Operation “Move Shed” will take place the weekend of September 16-17. Contact Tim Kight to find out the schedule.
· Prior to the September 23-24 Grantsburg Motocross weekend, the following tasks need to be done. If you’re a club member looking to pitch in, feel free to take the initiative on some of these.
· Trim weeds around starting gate and first corner.
· Install new irrigation pipe in parking lot section. I am going to buy more hose like the stuff we used around the rest of the track and will bring it up on Friday 9/22/2006.
· Fix leak in pipe under first 65cc cut-off.
· Tie the two water barrels together up by the 65cc cut-off.
· Put out garbage cans.
· Add a couple water hoses to near the finish line.
· We’ll need people to water on Friday night before practice and Saturday night before the race.
· Outhouses – I’d like to rent some outhouses for the race weekend, we have the worst smelling outhouses in the district and we could get 8 -12 outhouses spread around to please our customers and make it little more convenient for people.
· We'll need someone to run the mini track - Bill will not be there.
· Mark Krey, please try to get additional flaggers for the mini track. You had some people lined up before.
· Find out the name of the guy that pumps out the outhouse and get him to the track next weekend.
· Get the outhouse pumped out and to make sure we don't overfill it when we put water back in it.
· Toilet paper for outhouse.
· We need a few more people to help out at the Saturday practice.
· 2006 dues are beyond overdue. They are a still affordable, $25. To stay off the 2006 shame list, bring your dues to the next meeting or send them to:

· Holyoke was one of the better-attended Enduros of the District 23 season, 160+ on Sunday. Have heard positive feedback from nearly everyone.
· Stone Lake – Ken Fastner was contacted about Stone Lake possibly being an AMA National Enduro. It was tabled for now, and Ken is going to find out more about it.
· GIA – Ken is currently seeking input from the section leaders to figure out the next year’s application.
· Club Dues discussion – Tabled again
